Welcome to LeadToRev, a comprehensive CRM solution designed by Sainugen Aces Private Limited. Our platform is dedicated to enhancing business relationships, streamlining sales processes, and improving customer engagement through innovative technology.

This document outlines the Terms of Service for using LeadToRev. By accessing, registering, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Your agreement forms a binding contract between you and Sainugen Aces Private Limited, ensuring a mutual understanding of your rights and responsibilities as a user of LeadToRev.


“Account”: The primary means for accessing and using the LeadToRev Services, subject to payment of a fee designated in the selected plan.

“Activity”: Calls, Email, SMS, Appointments, Tasks, Events, Meetings, and other actions that can be associated with a Lead, Deal, Contact, or Company.

“Authorization”: The set of rights and privileges on the website assigned to a User by a Client.

“Client”: A natural or legal person who has accepted these Terms with Sainugen Aces Private Limited.

“Client Data”: Files and any other digital data and information, which is subjected to the LeadToRev Services or otherwise inserted into the System by the Client.

“Content”: Any data and information available through LeadToRev Services or contained within the structure of the System.

“Opportunity”: A Client’s ongoing, lost, or won sales to a Company or Contact.

“Fee”: Regular payment for using the activated Account.

“Files”: Documents of any kind that are inserted into the System by the Client.

“Free Trial”: Temporary access for the purposes of trying out the website and LeadToRev Services without paying a Fee.

“Free Plan”: Access for the purposes of using the website and LeadToRev Services without paying a Fee.

“Guidelines”: Additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features, applications, products, or services.

“Company”: Legal persons and other entities with which the Client is doing business or making Deals.

“Sainugen Aces Private Limited”: The company operating LeadToRev, located at C-25, 1st Floor, Sector-8, Noida, 201301, India.

“LeadToRev Materials”: The visual interfaces, graphics, design, systems, methods, information, computer code, software, services, and all other elements of the LeadToRev Services.

“LeadToRev Services”: The Website, System, Content, Platform, and all content, services, and/or products available on or through the Platform.

“Pipeline”: The process of making a Deal, consisting of several Stages.

“Plan”: Various criteria related to the use and functionality of the LeadToRev Services on which the Fee is based.

“Platform”: The LeadToRev sales customer relationship management application.

“Products”: The products or services that a Client offers to persons and Organizations.

“Reseller”: A third party that purchases LeadToRev Services and resells them to Clients.

“Special Terms”: Any particulars, specifications, and conditions by which the parties have agreed to deviate from these Terms.

“Stage”: The status of a Deal at a certain point in time.

“Supplier”: LeadToRev & Sainugen Aces Private Limited.

“System”: The integrated cloud computing solution for providing the LeadToRev Services.

“User”: A natural person granted Authorization to use the Account on behalf of a Client.

“Website”: The compilation of all web documents made available via or its subdomains.

“Billing Cycle”: The duration cycle for which billing is done in one go.

“Force Majeure”: Events outside the reasonable control of the obligated Party.

“Planned Downtime”: Scheduled maintenance periods for the Platform.

“Sensitive Information”: Specific categories of personal data requiring heightened protection measures.

“Start Date”: The date of commencement of the LeadToRev Service.

“Subscription Fees”: The fees payable for the LeadToRev Service.

Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance: By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the LeadToRev Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legal agreement between you, either personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sainugen Aces Private Limited, governing your use of the LeadToRev Services.

Legal Capacity: You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

Entity Registration: If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind the company or other legal entity to these Terms.

Agreement to Terms: If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or access the LeadToRev Services. Continued use of the LeadToRev Services signifies your continued agreement to these Terms and any changes made to them.

Modification of Terms

Sainugen Aces Private Limited reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration and Use

Registration Process: Users can create an account with LeadToRev through several methods:

  • Chatbot Registration: Users may submit their account information via the LeadToRev chatbot, available on our website or through WhatsApp. Following this submission, an account is automatically created, and the user is provided a payment link to access paid services.
  • Email Registration: Users can email the LeadToRev consulting team to request account creation. Necessary account information must be provided in the email.
  • Self-Signup: Users have the option to self-register by clicking the ‘Register’ button on our website [].
  • Third-Party Referral: Account information may be received through channel partners, influencers, or referrers. Upon receiving such a request, LeadToRev will register the account as directed.

Account Use: Upon successful registration, users will have access to LeadToRev’s services in accordance with their chosen plan or agreement. It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for an account, users agree to comply with LeadToRev’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Users of LeadToRev are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep it up to date.
  • Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of account login credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
  • Compliance with Laws: Use LeadToRev services in a manner that complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Respectful Conduct: Interact respectfully with other users and refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks.
  • Non-Distribution of Services: Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the LeadToRev service or access to the service.
  • Reporting Misuse: Promptly notify LeadToRev of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

Account Usage Guidelines: Users must adhere to any specific guidelines provided by LeadToRev for the use of its services, which may be updated from time to time.

  • Respectful Interaction: Engage with other users and the service in a respectful, professional manner.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all data entered into the system, such as contact details and activity logs, is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Confidentiality: Treat information within the LeadToRev platform as confidential, especially when handling personal or sensitive data.
  • Prohibited Activities: Avoid using the service for any unlawful purposes, such as data theft, spamming, or spreading malware.
  • Resource Usage: Use system resources judiciously, avoiding excessive data storage or bandwidth consumption that could impact service reliability for others.
  • Reporting Issues: Promptly report any system bugs, performance issues, or suspicious activities to LeadToRev support.

User Conduct and Obligations

Users of LeadToRev must adhere to the following conduct and obligations:

Acceptable Behaviors:

  • Professionalism: Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Compliance with Policies: Adhere to LeadToRev’s privacy and data protection policies.
  • Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve LeadToRev.

Prohibited Behaviors:

  • No Illegal Use: Do not use LeadToRev for unlawful purposes.
  • No Tampering: Do not attempt to harm or disrupt LeadToRev’s systems or data.
  • No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

Specific User Obligations: Users are expected to follow specific guidelines related to their particular use cases or industry standards, as outlined in supplementary documents or communications from LeadToRev.

  • Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the CRM system.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of information accessed through LeadToRev, especially sensitive customer data.
  • Compliance with Industry Regulations: Adhering to specific regulations and guidelines relevant to the user’s industry, particularly regarding data handling and customer interactions.
  • Responsible Communication: Using LeadToRev’s communication tools (e.g., email, messaging) in a responsible manner, avoiding spam or unethical marketing practices.
  • Regular Updates: Keeping all client and contact information up to date to ensure effective customer relationship management.
  • Ethical Practices: Upholding high ethical standards in all dealings within the LeadToRev platform, including sales practices and customer interactions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Trademarks:

LeadToRev Ownership: All content within LeadToRev, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Sainugen Aces Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they upload to LeadToRev, but grant LeadToRev a license to use this content as necessary for the provision of services.

User Rights and Obligations:

Use of LeadToRev Content: Users may use LeadToRev’s intellectual property only for purposes related to the services provided by LeadToRev and not for any separate commercial purposes.

No Infringement: Users must ensure they do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of LeadToRev or any third parties in their use of the service.

Notification of Infringement: If users become aware of any infringement of LeadToRev’s intellectual property rights, they are obliged to promptly notify LeadToRev.

Third-Party Services and Content

LeadToRev integrates with various third-party services to enhance user experience. However, users must be aware of the following:


LeadToRev may integrate with third-party services, which are not operated or controlled by Sainugen Aces Private Limited. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

No Endorsement:

Inclusion of third-party services does not imply endorsement or responsibility for their operations or content.

User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for understanding and agreeing to any third-party terms before using the integrated services.

Data Sharing:

Users consent to the sharing of necessary data with third-party services as required for the functionality of integrations.

List of Third-Party Services: This may include but is not limited to Email platforms, SMS services, WhatsApp Business API, Google Location API, payment processing services, and other CRM tools. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of these services.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability:

Availability: LeadToRev strives to ensure maximum availability of its services but acknowledges there may be interruptions and downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Planned Downtime: LeadToRev will endeavor to communicate in advance about any planned downtime for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability:

Liability Limit: Sainugen Aces Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use LeadToRev services.

Exclusions: The liability limitations do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct of LeadToRev or its employees.

Termination of Use

LeadToRev and Sainugen Aces Private Limited reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the services under the following conditions:

  • Breach of Terms: Any violation of the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement may result in immediate termination of the user’s account.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to fulfill payment obligations for paid services may lead to suspension or termination of services.
  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities or using the services for illegal purposes will result in account termination.
  • Security Breach: Any activity that compromises the security or integrity of LeadToRev may lead to suspension or termination of services.
  • Inactivity: Extended periods of inactivity may result in account termination, subject to LeadToRev’s discretion and policies.

Users may also choose to terminate their use of LeadToRev services at any time, subject to any agreed terms regarding notice periods or account closure procedures.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: The terms of service for LeadToRev are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the services of LeadToRev shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The place of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadToRev, Sainugen Aces Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of their use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will still be in effect.

Non-Waiver: Failure by LeadToRev to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Amendment: LeadToRev reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided to users in accordance with these Terms.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and LeadToRev and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
